We schedule free estimate appointments on Saturdays.

Our estimates are broken down in great detail, outlining every aspect of your project. We will give you a detailed scope of work, a broken down cost estimate, an activity schedule and payment schedule. We will give you a realistic estimate of total cost and the total time your project will take to complete. After seeing your project, it takes approximately 1 week for us to generate your estimate.

There is no such thing as an average renovation. Each job has its own unique set of circumstances, challenges and desired results. We will custom tailor our estimates based on your individual needs.

We will contact your building’s management company to find out what paperwork requirements exist, and we will supply any information necessary; licenses, insurance etc.

Yes, we work regularly with several very talented designers.

Again, every project is different. In general it is preferred that you make other living arrangements, and in some cases remove furniture. But it all depends on the scope of your project. If for example we are only renovating a bath room but you have another bathroom you can use during that time then the choice is yours. But you must take into consideration that there will be dirt and debris to deal with.
